Featured Story: Megan & Rich’s Icelandic Elopement
When Megan and Rich came to us, they wanted more than a wedding—they wanted an adventure. With 8 of their closest people, they circumnavigated Iceland in a loop of wonder: black sand beaches, glacial caves, roaring waterfalls, puffin sightings, and the moss-covered cliffs of the north.
Their journey took them from Suðursveit to Norðurfoss, through Vik and Egilsstaðir, and finally to Búðir, where the tiny Black Church stood witness to a dramatic, windswept ceremony. Megan’s edgy black gown from Merrime Bridal was pure magic, set against the elemental wild. Hair and makeup by Iceland-based Margret Magnus brought a Nordic fantasy to life, and the images—captured by the talented Nikolaichik Photo—are nothing short of legendary.
